Mokolii island, Oahu, Hawaii
Mokolii island (aka Chinaman's Hat) is on the windward side of Oahu. It is a small uninhabited island best viewed from Kualoa Regional Park.
You can also walk to Mokolii island during low tide on a sandbar, but be careful, the tide comes in quickly and you could be trapped. Most folks paddle a kayak out to the island. You can climb to the top of the island as well, but people who have done it say it is a short but difficult hike.
We opted to just picnic in the park and look at the island from there.
