Paprika Chips

The Ringo is tasty, but next time I'll try the John or maybe the George.
On our last night in Rome we were exhausted; too tired to even sit down at a restaurant. So, Karen and I stopped at the tiny bodega a block from our hotel and picked up a bottle of limoncello and a bag of paprika potato chips. We lounged in the courtyard of our hotel, munched the chips, sipped the lemon elixir, and dragged our tired bodies up to our room.

How many meals have you had that were forgettable. Heck, I've had spectacular meals that I've forgotten. I only remember them when Karen reminds me. But, I still remember our meal of paprika potato chips and limoncello.

You can find paprika potato chips all over Italy and many places in Europe. But, look for them in the States and you're out of luck. Believe me, I've tried.
