Gun buy back near the Jardin Centenario, Mexico City

Near the lovely Jardin Centenario, where we saw a young lady's Quinceañera get photobombed, we ran across the government conducting a gun buy back. I think the lady passing by as I snapped this picture was giving me the finger.
