You've probably heard of Herbes de Provence, the famous spice blend from southern France used in cooking so many wonderful French dishes. But, there is a huge variety of herbs in this region and if you visit a farmers market you will likely see something like, dozens of tubs overflowing with all kinds of herbs and spices. Buy and bunch to take home and let the experiments in the kitchen begin.
